Introduction
The Location Types feature provides you with the flexibility to designate custom location types, facilitating the grouping of locations with shared attributes. This feature allows for the creation of customised categories beyond the default criteria.
For instance, you can utilise custom location types to cluster locations based on attributes like brand or concept, location type, and more. By assigning these custom location types, users can efficiently select all locations associated with the chosen location type(s) seamlessly across Centegra Plus, wherever a location picker is available.
There are two aspects to location types:
- The Location Type Group. The group that contains the available location types.
- The Location Types. The location types that live within the location type group.
Your company can have up to three location type groups, and unlimited location types within each of the three groups.
