For sites with the Blind Stock Counts feature enabled, these reports are only available once a stock period has progressed to the Approved state.

| Period Variance |
The Period Variance report provides an overview of stock movements of each stock product throughout the stock period. Based on the period opening values and counted values, these stock movements are used to provide any resulting stock variance per product. This report is interactive, allowing you click through figures within the report to see where the records that make up the period total. |
| Margin Summary & Stock KPIs |
The Margin Summary & Stock KPIs report provides insight into key metrics within the stock period, including actual costs versus theoretical costs, actual margin versus theoretical margin, and a wastage and loss overview for the duration of the period. This report is also available with data split by Super Group. |
| Stock Margins |
The Stock Margins report considers the cost and revenue made per saleable product throughout the stock period and provides theoretical gross profit margins per product. The results are available on an individual product basis, as well as per stock count group and overall for all sales. |
| Stock Holding |
The Stock Holding report considers the sale quantities of each supplied product over the stock period duration and, using the count entered for each product, provides a projection as to how long the quantity counted should last until each product runs out. |

| Period KPI Results |
The Period KPI Results report provides an overview of costs and margins for selected periods across multiple sites within your company, split by site. The Period KPI Results report is an extension of the Margin Summary & Stock KPIs report, which is available for individual site stock periods. |
| Company Stock Holding | The Company Stock Holding report provides details on stock holding and valuation at the end of a period for each site and for all sites combined. |

Additional Inventory Management Reporting is also available to report on data throughout the period.
