Cash Period Counts: Managing Count Sheets

The layout of a cash period count sheet is based on the selected Cash Count Template. 

The cash count template determines: 

• The denominations available to enter a count against. 
• The order of denominations within the safe count. 
• The type of count required against denominations (value or quantity). 

Existing cash period count sheets can be updated for future counts without impacting on historical counts if you need to change the layout at all. For details on editing cash count templates, Click Here. 

Cash count templates are specific to each site, where your site will likely have more than one cash count template available as they're also used by other features. Therefore, you can assign a default cash count template against each site account that requires end of period counts. For more details, Click Here.
