Safe Counts: Roll Back

A safe count in Approved state can be rolled back to Pending state to make changes if required. 

You can only roll back a safe count if:

• You have rights to do so. (Click Here if you do not have rights to roll back but believe you should.)
• The safe count is in Approved state. Note that:
  • A safe count in Counted state is still open; to roll this back, select [PENDING] in the safe count.  
  • A safe count in Completed state cannot be undone.
• The safe count is within an open period, if periods are used.

To roll back a safe count: 

• Head to Revenue Management > Safe Counts.
• Locate the required safe count and select [EDIT]. 

Within the safe count:

• Select [UNAPPROVE] and confirm the roll back.
• Then select [PENDING].

The safe count is now back in Pending state and can be edited.
