Bank Deposits: Delete

A bank deposit can be deleted if no longer required.

You can only delete a bank deposit if:

• You have rights to do so. (Click Here if you do not have rights to delete but believe you should.)
• The bank deposit is in Preparation state. (Click Here if the bank deposit needs to be rolled back.)
• The bank deposit is not be an "auto bank cashup" bank deposit. (Auto-generated bank deposits are automatically deleted when you Unapprove The Cash Up the originally created that deposit.) 

To delete a bank deposit: 

• Head to Revenue Management > Bank Deposits.
• Locate the required bank deposit and select [EDIT]. 

Within the bank deposit:

• Select [DELETE].
• Confirm the deletion.

The bank deposit is now deleted. This is a hard delete, so the bank deposit cannot be recovered.
