Multiple Cook Areas on screen
You have the ability to combine multiple cook areas on one kitchen monitor screen, this can allow the users to adjust the flow on the kitchen by increasing or decreasing which cook areas show on different screens. This can also be used when kitchen staff is reduced at certain times of the days and all orders are able to be prepared using one screen.
To access the cook area, to press MENU on the bump bar or if using a touchscreen device touch on the Logwood logo on the right column. You should see the setting option which you will need to select, press SHOW on the bump bar to select or touch the setting button if using touch screens.
Select the Cook Areas option, if using bump bar slide down to cook areas and press SHOW.
This will then show you all available cook areas to select from, in my example below I will be combining Cook Area 2 and Cook Area 3 however this can be done with any 2 or more cook areas in the list.
As per the image below this screen default to Cook Area 2 which has my Burger products, but I am also going to enable the Fries products on Cook Area 3 to show on this screen.
Find the cook area you want to enable and touch the box to select it, if using a bump bar slide down to cook area and press the SHOW button to select this
Once the cook area is selected you should see any additional items that belong in the cook area appear on the screen for example the fries have appeared on my screen below. To finish this process, press the done button or CLEAR on the bump bar.
Reverting to single Cook Area on screen
To revert the changes back to a single cook area, go will need to go back into cook areas settings.
Press MENU on the bump bar or if using a touchscreen device touch on the Logwood logo on the right column.
You should see the setting option which you will need to select, press SHOW on the bump bar to select or touch the setting button if using touch screens.
Select the Cook Areas option, if using bump bar slide down to cook areas and press SHOW.
Find the cook area you want to disable and touch the box to select it, if using a bump bar slide down to cook area and press the SHOW button to select this.
Once the cook area has been deselected you should see any additional items that belong in the cook area disappear from the screen, for example the fries have been removed from my screen below.
To complete this process, press the done button or CLEAR on the bump bar.
