If no image is being displayed on the monitor it is possible that the issue could be power related so before continuing please check that the monitor you are using has power, most monitors will display text similar to “Signal not found” if it is powered up but not receiving a picture from the PiKS.
Once the monitor is confirmed to have power the next step is to identify if the PiKS has power, this can easily be found on the PiKS boxes as a red and green light flash when the unit is powered up, if there is no red and green light please check the power cable to the box and make sure this can been powered on at the wall and is firmly plugged into the power port on the PiKS box.
Once you have confirmed that there is power to the PiKS and the image still doesn’t display on the screen the next step is to replace the HDMI cable connected from the box to your monitor, see picture below for HDMI port.
You can purchase a new HDMI cable from Centegra or from your local computer/DIY store, this will look like below.
Once a new cable has been sourced you will need to reconnect this to the HDMI port on the PiKS and your monitor.
