NCR Silver/ Aloha Cloud - Peripherals: Scan items using the Socket 740 on a static charger stand

This ability is only available on the Socket Scan 740 model, you will need to uninstall and re-install the scanner with the correct settings.

Follow the link at the bottom of this page for the guide on how to reset/re-install the Socket 740 scanner. When prompted in the guide, use the [OPTION 1 - STATIC] setting for your scanner to automatically scan whilst station in the dock.
