If your scanner is working for other products, but you have one or additional products that aren't being recognised, then you will need to check the set up of these products in NCR Silver back office.
- Within the NCR Silver back office, select MENU > CATAGORIES & ITEMS and then search and select the product in question.
- Within the product set-up, scroll down to find the Bar Code setting.
- Fill this field with the correct barcode or correct the already entered barcode
- Then save and test.
