When logging in for the first time on a new day, you may be unable to clock in due to the following.
ERROR - Can't create labour shift - server is unavailable.
How To Fix This
To fix this error message, you will need to reboot the Mac Mini ePOS server on site.
This is usually in the network cabinet.
Hold down the power button until it is off, then press it once to turn back on. Within 5 minutes you will be able to clock in.
