or email help@centegra.co.uk where we should be able to supply the correct passcode for the device.

If you enter the wrong passcode on your iPad Lock Screen too many times, an alert will inform you that your iPad has been disabled as shown below, if you continue to enter an incorrect passcode the iPad will become fully disabled and will require a restore. Please contact Centegra for support.
