If a product has variations, a menu will appear once the product is selected and a variation will need to be selected in order to continue. Below is an example when adding a 'Cappucino':

Some products will have modifiers, depending on the properties of the modifier you may be forced to select 1 item, multiple items, etc. To remove a modifier press on next to the modifier that is showing in the 'Current Modifiers' list and press delete. Below is a breakdown of the modifier menu:
