Why Would I Want To Add A Receipt Message?
Silver allows you to enter a message at the bottom of receipts given to customers.
These can be used to ask your customers for feedback, be used as a way to give paying customers your WiFi password or to let them know of upcoming events.
This is seperate from the VAT number that can also be added. Please see here for more information on this.
Where Does The Receipt Message Show?
Receipts are displayed in the following order.
- Store Information and VAT
- Items
- Payment information
- Receipt Message
- QR Code, if applicable.
Can I add Images to my receipt?
You cannot currently add images to your receipts in NCR Silver.
Where Do I Enter My Receipt Message?
To do this you require admin privileges on your instance of NCR Silver Pro.
- Click Settings at the top right of your screen, then click Store
- On the store configuration page, there is a text box for you to enter your receipt message.
- Once you are happy with the text entered, ensure you click "Save". The change is applied almost instantly.
