Against each location, you can define the method in which the customer will input their details at checkout and the way in which they'll be notified once their order is ready.
Head to Digital Order Management > Advanced Options > Location Setup.
If you have more than one location within your site, first select the location you wish to update.
Then, navigate to the Order Delivery & Notification Management section where the available options depends on the order channel.
Kiosk Delivery & Notification
For Kiosks, there are three Delivery Method options available:
- Name Entry & Collection
- Buzzer Number Entry & Collection
- Apex Locker Collection
Delivery Method: Name Entry & Collection
Select this to prompt the customer to enter their name in preparation for collecting the order themselves. This option exposes the following Notification Methods options for selection:
- Text Message Notification: The customer is also prompted to enter their mobile number to receive notification once the order is ready.
- Other (E.g. Order Ready Board): The customer is notified at the location when their order is ready, e.g. via an Order Ready Board at the collection counter.
Delivery Method: Buzzer Number Entry & Collection
Select this to prompt the customer to enter a buzzer number for a physical buzzer obtained within the location. This option has only one Notification Method option available, which is to be notified through Buzzer Notification once the order is ready to collect.
Delivery Method: Apex Locker Collection
For locations utilising an Apex Locker integration, select this option provide the customer with details on which locker to collect their order from. This option has only one Notification Method option available, which is to be notified through Pickup Code Via Text Message.
Mobile Delivery & Notification
For Mobile, there are three Delivery Method options available:
- Name Entry & Collection
- Onsite/Table Delivery
- Apex Locker Collection
Delivery Method: Name Entry & Collection
Select this to prompt the customer to enter their name in preparation for collecting the order themselves. This option exposes the following Notification Methods options for selection:

This option has only one Notification Method option available, which is to be notified through Text Message Notification once the order is ready to be fulfilled.
Delivery Method: Apex Locker Collection
For locations utilising an Apex Locker integration, select this option provide the customer with details on which locker to collect their order from. This option has only one Notification Method option available, which is to be notified through Pickup Code Via Text Message.
