Password Change Prompt
Password authentication for access to Centegra Plus is being upgraded to strengthen account security even further. As part of this, you'll receive an email from noreply@centegraplus.com prompting you to set up a new password. Follow instructions within the email to set up your new password, or alternatively, you can follow the “Forgot Password” link via the login page.

Note that if you log into the back office through Single Sign On (SSO) instead of entering password to log in, you'll receive a different message as you do not need to set up a new password.

Login Page Changes
When accessing the login page, you need to enter your login email address first and select [CONTINUE].
You'll then be prompted to enter your password in the next screen.
Enter your password and select [CONTINUE]. You'll then be logged in and taken into the landing page of the back office.
If the password entered is incorrect, you have no user account yet, or your user account has been disabled, you'll be unable to login and receive a "Wrong email or password" message.
Changing Your Password
It is recommended that you change your password occasionally. The process of changing your password via the back office remains the same.
Head to Account > Change Password and follow the instructions to set your new password.
Forgotten Passwords
If you've forgotten your password, you'll need head to the login page and enter your login email address first and select [CONTINUE].
When prompted to enter your password, you'll see the "Forgot Password" option becomes available.
Confirm that your email address is correct and then select [CONTINUE].
You'll see the following confirmation that an email is being sent:
And within a few minutes, you'll receive an email with a link to follow to reset your password:
The link expires once used or if not used within 5 days. If expired, the steps above can be repeated if required.
Enter your new password when prompted.
User Account Management
Creating New Users
The process of creating a new user within the back office remains the same.
The new user will receive an email inviting them to set up a password and log in for the first time.
The link expires once used or if not used within 5 days. If required, the email can be resent from within the user edit page of the back office.
The message above - as well as the option to resend the invitation - remains available until the user logs into the back office for the first time. If the user has set up a password but has not yet logged in, the message remains, but selecting the resend invitation option will instead prompt the user to login or reset their password.
Disabling User Accounts
The process of disabling an existing user within the back office remains the same.
The users account will no longer be available, and therefore the user will no longer be able to log in.
Reinstating Disabled User Accounts
The process of reinstating a deleted user account within the back office remains the same, in that you cannot simply add the user again and should reinstate the original user account.
Once reinstated, the user will receive an email inviting them to set up a new password and log in for the first time since being reinstated.
The link expires once used or if not used within 5 days. If required, the email can be resent from within the user edit page of the back office.
