Basic Petty Cash Recording at the Terminal in mvPOS

1. Log in to the mvPOS application
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select the button that takes you through to the Keys (the manager function section)
   
   
   
3. Select the Petty Cash Section
   
   
   
   

4. Select the START Petty Cash button
   
   
   
   

5. Type in the amount you wish to REMOVE from the cash drawer.
   For this example we have typed in £7.00
   
   
   
   
6. Then select the OK button
   
   
   
   
7. The ‘sales basket’ now shows a minus figure i.e. -7.00
   
   
   
   
8. To Pay Off / Record / End or complete the transaction – Please select the END Petty Cash button
   
   
   
   
9. The Screen completes
   
   
   
   
10. The terminal now returns to the Login /Log Out screen
    
    
11. This sale reports nicely into CentegraPlus’ Transaction Media report. Example below.

19. To Pay Off / Record / End or complete the transaction – For this example we shall use the PETTY Cash CLEANING button
    
    
    
    
20. The Screen completes
    
    
    
    
21. The terminal now returns to the Login /Log Out screen
    
    
    
22. To record differing types of Petty Cash Transaction just repeat sections 4 through to 8 selecting a differing type of Petty Cash to record the transaction
    
    
    
23. The sale(s) reports nicely into CentegraPlus’ Transaction Media report. Example below.
