Introduction
If your company manages Team Members within Fourth, Team Members can be captured via Centegra Plus and passed down to the POS to create new clerk records automatically.
This integration is available for the following POS systems:
- NCR Aloha Cloud (Silver)

Configuration
The Fourth Team Member integration is configured on an individual site basis.
For any new Fourth Team Member Integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you. To do this, we need the following details from Fourth for your account:
- Store ID or "Unit Code" (Per Store)

When Is Data Captured From Fourth?
Data is captured from Fourth every 4 hours throughout the day.

What Data Feeds From Fourth To NCR Aloha Cloud (Silver)?
The ID and PIN of the employee in NCR is the employee number defined within Fourth.
Store access in NCR is as per store assignment within Fourth too.
Employees in Silver are assigned to user roles that corresponds with a user roles selected within Fourth, based on the External ID that is assigned to the user role within NCR:
