Introduction
If your company uses the ProfitSword, sales from Centegra Plus can be sent on a daily basis to ProfitSword via the Centegra Plus Data Extractor.

Configuration
The ProfitSword integration is configured on an individual site basis.
For any new ProfitSword Integration, Centegra will complete the configuration required within Centegra Plus for you. To do this, we need the following details from ProfitSword for your account:
- Site Reference (Per Site)
- Email Address For Files To Send To

When Is Data Sent To ProfitSword?
Data is typically sent to ProfitSword on a daily basis. Sales are typically configured to send at least 30 minutes after the sites close, but you can select the time that the data is sent each day per site.
If you'd like to reschedule the time that sales are sent to to ProfitSword, Contact Centegra.
Sales Are Missing In ProfitSowrd
If sales are missing in ProfitSword, Contact Centegra with details of the affected site(s) and date(s), and we can check to see if the data is sending to ProfitSword as expected.
If the data has not sent previously as expected, we can send the data to ProfitSword.
If the data has previously sent as expected, we will ask you to contact ProfitSword before resending any data, as ProfitSword may already have the data but there may be something preventing the data from displaying within ProfitSword.
