In some cases, new features may be user rights protected and your company's Centegra Plus administrator may need to Update User Roles to grant access to these new features.

New Dashboard Widget: Product Group Sales
The Product Group Sales widget has been added into the Dashboard Views feature, providing insight into your sales mix at product group level, with like-for-like (LFL) comparison against previous dates. Various filters are available, allowing you to adjust the widget to target specific product groups or specific parts of the day.
The widget can be set to display data in a table with LFL comparison:
Or it can be set to display data as a chart for a visual view of proportional sales:
New Report: Modified Items Report
The Modified Items Report provides insight into which products are being modified most often, and how they're typically being modified. Where modifiers are also being used to promote upsells (e.g., via remote order platforms), the report gives insights into which upsells work best, where they are most effective, and their impact on parent product sales.
The report has two analysis styles:
- By Parent Product: Provides information on modifiers assigned to products sold and their impact on revenue:
- By Modifier Product: Provides information on individual modifiers and where they are being allocated:
New Report: Sales Audit Report
The Sales Audit Report gives you an oversight of the different actions that team members can take regarding transactions at the POS and in the back office, with the option to drill down into the individual transactions where those actions took place.
Where applicable, the report includes information on:
- Voided Items
- Cancelled Sales
- Refunded Items
- No Sales (at the POS)
- Transaction Reversal (via Centegra Plus)
Dashboard Views: Now Include First & Last Transaction Times
The time of the first and last transaction within a dashboard date is now displayed within the header of the dashboard (or title page of the dashboard export).

New Feature: Blind Stock Counts
The Blind Stock Counts feature blocks access stock period reports whilst the stock period is in Current and Pending state, therefore preventing visibility of expected stock figures whilst the stock period is still open and counts are being entered.
Once counts are entered and the stock period has progressed to Approved state, the stock period reports become available to access.
The Blind Stock Counts feature is enabled at site level, providing the flexibility enforcing this at all sites or enabling it temporarily at individual sites under audit.
Inventory Products: Product Sizing Allocation Changes
When creating Supplied, Made or Preparation type inventory products, you'll now be prompted to enter the product sizing before the product gets created.
Additional sanity checks are available to help validate that sizing is correct before proceeding to the next stage of product setup.
Inventory Products: Missing Configuration Alerts
Within inventory products, you'll now see a message alerting you if:
- The product is a Supplied product, but no suppliers a linked against it.
- The product is a Recipe product, but no ingredients are assigned against it.
Supplier Orders: Introducing Supplier Minimum Order Values
Within the supplier setup page of each supplier, a "Minimum Order Value" can now be set to define the minimum value that orders placed against the supplier should be.
For any order which does not meet the Minimum Order Value set against the supplier, a warning is displayed when attempting to place the order like so:

New Feature: Time Clock Entry
Centegra Plus can now be used to capture the times that team members clock on and clock off.
Via the Operations Dashboard, team members can declare when shifts and breaks start and end:
Per company settings, various prompts are provided where applicable, including:
- Job Role selection.
- Location selection.
- Cash Tips declaration.
Via the back office, a series of management tools are available allowing site managers to edit and approve time clock records declared by team members, or create time clock records for those that forgot to do so.
POS & Remote Order Integrations
MyVenue POS: Voided Items & Comped Items
MyVenue POS has two types of void depending on the scenario:
- "Void" - The item may or may not have been prepared, but the customer has not received the item.
- "Comp" - The item has been prepared and the customer has received the item for free.
Centegra Plus now handles each of these void types differently.
Voided Items
Voided items are captured as sale type "Void". There is no sale value or discount value, and the void reason is captured as an item note against the sale item line.
For Inventory Management subscribers, no stock movements are generated. (If the item was prepared, it should be declared through wastage.)
Comped Items
Comped items are captured as sale type "Zero Value Sale". This is no sale value, but a discount value is recorded and the comp reason is captured as a combo discount, allowing you to report on comps as a standard 100% discount in Discount Reporting.
For Inventory Management subscribers, stock movements are generated to account for the consumption.

Tax Rates Now Listed Logically
Due to the increasing number of tax rates available, particularly within the USA, in areas where a tax rate can be selected (e.g. product prices, supplier orders), the "Tax Rate" list now displays rates in numerical and then alphabetical order like so:
