The way in which new users access Centegra Plus for the first time is changing.
Create the user as normal and enter key login information. You no longer need to specify a user password at this stage.
Once created, the new user will receive an email* from noreply@centegraplus.com.
The email contains an invitation to access Centegra Plus via a link that is valid for 7 days. Selecting this invitation will take the user into Centegra Plus and prompt them to set their password:
When managing the new user account, there is visibility as to whether the invitation has been accepted within the user setup page. The option to resend an invitation email is also available:
If the invitation has not been accepted within 7 days, the link expires and the new user will be unable to accept the invitation. The users account can be accessed to send a new invitation if required:

* The invitation email is sent to the Login Email Address specified during setup, unless an Alias Email Address is defined, in which case the invitation email will get sent there instead.
