Report Information
The Team Member Labour Summary report provides a clear overview of time clock entries, including clock-in and clock-out times. Where applicable, it also includes details like pay, tips, and tip pooling, giving a complete snapshot of team member activity.
Access the Team Member Labour Summary report via: Reports & Analysis > Team Members > Team Member Labour Summary.
The output of the report can very depending on the selected report filter options.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.

Team Member |
Enter a team member name (or part of) to see time clock data for selected team members. |
^ Not that "Job Role" refers to the role worked selected by the user during the shift, and not the Team Member Role that the team members record is assigned to.
Report Output [Analysis Style: Team Member]
When report filter Analysis Style "Team Member" is selected, the report displays time clock data grouped by team member.

Displays the job role assigned against the shift. |

Displays the standard rate of pay, if defined. |

Displays the number of hours worked on the standard rate, if defined. |
