Team Member Reports: Team Member Labour Summary

Delve into the core of your team's performance with the Team Member Labour Summary report, offering a concise overview of their time clock entries, including clock-in and clock-out times for shifts. Not only does it provide a snapshot of their workday, but where applicable it also includes essential details like pay, tips, and tip pooling information.

For companies with multiple sites, this can be split per site or can be consolidated for all sites.

If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically. 

 

Report Filters

Access the Team Member Labour Summary report via: Reports & Analysis > Team Members > Team Member Labour Summary.

Select the required report parameter options from:

Select Sites

Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report.

Date Range

 Select which date range to include team member time clocks for.

Analysis Style

Select whether to group the report based on: 

  • Team Member: Groups time clock records by team member. 
  • Job Role: Groups time clock records by job role^.
  • Team Member & Job Role: Groups time clock records by team member, and then the different roles they worked.

View Type

Select whether to view the report as:

  • Consolidated: To combine multiple sites into one consolidated output.
  • Split By Site: To produce a separate output per site, if multiple sites are selected.
  • Split By Till: To product a separate output per till.

Group By

Select whether to further group the report as:

  • Consolidated: Data is displayed per the selected Analysis Style.
  • Clock In Date: Data is displayed per the selected Analysis Style and further split by date.  

Team Member

 Enter a team member name (or part of) to see time clock data for selected team members. 

^ Not that "Job Role" refers to the role worked selected by the user during the shift, and not the Team Member Role that the team members record is assigned to. 

 

Report Output

The output of the Team Member Labour Summary report is the same regardless as to which Analysis Style filter is selected, displaying:  

Code

 Displays the team members unique code.

Team Member

 Displays the team members name. 

In Date

 Displays the date that team member clocked on.

In Time

 Displays the time that the team member clocked on.

Out Date

 Displays the date that the team member clocked off.

Out Time

 Displays the time that the team member clocked off.

Breaks

 Displays the number of hours spend on breaks, if declared. 

Job Role

 Displays the job role assigned against the shift. 

Std Rage

 Displays the standard rate of pay, if defined. 

OT Rate

 Displays the overtime rate of pay, if defined. 

Std Hours

 Displays the number of hours worked on the standard rate, if defined. 

OT Hours

 Displays the number of hours worked on the overtime rate, if defined. 

All Hours

 Displays the total number of hours worked. 

Total Pay

 Displays the total pay based on the standard and overtime hours logged.

Decl. Tips

 Displays the value of tips declared by the team member at the POS. 

Pool Sales

 Displays the sales total that the tip pool calculation is based on, if applicable. (Requires configuration)

Tip Pool

 Displays the tip pool amount owed by the team member, per the tip pool calculation. (Requires configuration)

However, the Analysis Style does determine the way in which the data is grouped: 

 

Analysis Style: Team Member

When run with Analysis Style Team Member, data is grouped per team member:

 

Analysis Style: Job Role

When run with Analysis Style Job Role, data is grouped per job role:

 

Analysis Style: Team Member & Job Role

When run with Analysis Style Team Member & Job Role, data is grouped per team member and their various job roles (where applicable):
