Delve into the core of your team's performance with the Team Member Labour Summary report, offering a concise overview of their time clock entries, including clock-in and clock-out times for shifts. Not only does it provide a snapshot of their workday, but where applicable it also includes essential details like pay, tips, and tip pooling information.
For companies with multiple sites, this can be split per site or can be consolidated for all sites.
If required, this report can be created as a Saved Report and set up to send out periodically.
Report Filters
Access the Team Member Labour Summary report via: Reports & Analysis > Team Members > Team Member Labour Summary.
Select the required report parameter options from:
Select Sites |
Select which sites and/or site groups to include in the report. |

Select which date range to include team member time clocks for. |

Select whether to group the report based on:

^ Not that "Job Role" refers to the role worked selected by the user during the shift, and not the Team Member Role that the team members record is assigned to.
Report Output
The output of the Team Member Labour Summary report is the same regardless as to which Analysis Style filter is selected, displaying:

Displays the job role assigned against the shift. |

Displays the standard rate of pay, if defined. |

Displays the overtime rate of pay, if defined. |

Displays the number of hours worked on the standard rate, if defined. |
OT Hours |
Displays the number of hours worked on the overtime rate, if defined. |
All Hours |
Displays the total number of hours worked. |
Total Pay |
Displays the total pay based on the standard and overtime hours logged. |
Decl. Tips |
Displays the value of tips declared by the team member at the POS. |
Pool Sales |
Displays the sales total that the tip pool calculation is based on, if applicable. (Requires configuration) |
Tip Pool |
Displays the tip pool amount owed by the team member, per the tip pool calculation. (Requires configuration) |
