Dashboards are accessed within the Company Dashboard section of the landing page when you first log into Cinchio Back Office. You can also access the dashboards via the main menu: Reports & Analysis > Dashboards.
The dashboards that you see are those assigned against the user role associated with your user account.
When accessing a dashboard:
- The structure and layout of the dashboard is as per the custom Dashboard Configuration.
- Data will automatically load with either sales so far today, or sales for yesterday, as per the default set up against the dashboard.
- If logged into a standard site, you'll see sales data for that site
- If logged into the HQ site, you'll see data for all sites that you personally have access to. A site picker is available to filter to selected sites.
For additional information, see:

Dashboard Exports

- Select [EMAIL PDF] to send a PDF copy to the email addresses set within the To/CC/BCC fields, along with any message defined within the Add A Message To Your Email section.
