Product Families: Product Level Management – Centegra

As well as Editing A Product Family to view products within the family, and add and remove products from the product family, you can also do this as individual product level against the product itself.

To do this:

Head to Product Management > Products.
Locate the required product and select [EDIT] then select [PRODUCT FAMILIES].

Product families are listed with information related to the selected product as follows:

Product Family Name	Displays the name of the product family.
Contains Product	Displays whether or not the product is contained within the product family shown.
Item Source	If the product is contained within the product family shown, displays whether the product is directly assigned to the product family, or if it is assigned to the product family based on its product group assignment.
Action	The following actions are available: [ADD] - If the product is not yet contained within the product family, select this to assign it directly. [REMOVE] - If the product is contained within the product family and is assigned directly, select this to remove it.
