In some cases, new features may be user rights protected and your company's Centegra Plus administrator may need to Update User Roles to grant access to these new features.

Additional Payment Details Available Against Transactions
Integrated card payments are no longer displayed under one consolidated line, and instead represent the number of card entries declared at the POS. With that, a restricted view of the customers card is also available to view for reference.
Additionally, for cash payments, cash is no longer displayed under one consolidated line. Instead, it is now broken down into multiple lines (where applicable) displaying cash declared at the POS and change.
Treat Delivery Aggregator Meal Deals As Combo Discounts
Typically, integrated delivery aggregators do not associate discount with meal deals, and therefore those meal deals are not naturally treated as a combo discounts within Centegra Plus alongside meal deals from other sales sources.
To combat that, you can now enable the Combo Reconciliation feature against delivery aggregator integrations with Centegra Plus. This reconciles any meal deal against a combo discount, distributing proportional sale, tax and discount values across individual items within the meal deal to ensure accurate reporting throughout.

New Team Member Shift Reports Feature
The Team Member Shifts feature has been released, providing team member reports via the Operations Dashboard, allowing individual team members to view key information relating to their shift within a specific sales date.
On accessing this section, a summary of each team member with sales within the site on the selected sales date is available:
More information on a team members individual shift can then be accessed if required, providing a shift report which can be custom built (Click Here for more details).
Whilst this feature is available front-of-house via the Operations Dashboard, thus not requiring individual team member login, back office access is also available within the User Management section.
Revenue Management
Restrict When Cash Ups Can Be Created
To ensure that cash ups are being created at the correct time and not too far in the future, you can now restrict how far in advance a new cash up can be created. The options available are:
- Yesterday
- Today
- Tomorrow
The Cash Up End Date Restriction can be set within the Global Settings section of Company Setup.
Menu Management
Include Product Dietary Tags In Menu Publications
Against a product, you can now flag any dietary options applicable to that product.
Where applicable, these dietary tags are displayed against the product for your customers to see on menus published from Centegra Plus.
