Back office access to the Team Member Shifts section is available via: User Management > Team Member Shifts.
All team member shifts within the current sales date will shown by default when accessing this section.
If required, you can filter the list to see specific team member shifts by using the following filters within the Search panel at the top of the section:
Search for team member shifts within selected locations.
Search for team member shifts within the selected date range.
Search for team member shifts based on the name of the team member (or part of).
Note that when logged into the Head Office site, visibility of team member shifts across all sites is available, therefore an additional site picker is available within the search filters section.
Select [SEARCH], and all team member which meet your search criteria will be listed.
The team member shifts list shows the following:
Displays the team member name.
Displays the sales date that the shift report is associated with.
|First Transaction Time
Displays the time of the first transaction that the team member entered within the sales date.
|Last Transaction Time
Displays the time of the last transaction that the team member entered within the sales date.
Displays the total gross sale value entered by the team member. (Excludes discount.)
Displays the location where the team member worked.
By default 15 records will show per page. To access other pages, use the page selector in the bottom right corner of the list.
