To Recall a Ticket
On the main POS screen, swipe from left to right. This will show you your last order.
You can continue to swipe left to right to work backwards through your previous orders, or you can press the magnifying glass icon to bring up a list of orders.
From here you have access to search for transactions with filters for time, receipt number or table name or number.
To view the ticket, press on the desired ticket and it will appear in the left hand window.
To exit out of the recall screen, press the X in the top right corner, to clear the recalled ticket you can either press the 'Refresh Arrow' icon in the bottom left part of the screen, or you can start taking a new order.
