MyVenue is optimised for touchscreens, allowing users to navigate the interface with simple touch gestures like pressing and swiping. However, you can also use a mouse and keyboard to simulate these touch gestures.
Home Screen
Use the virtual on-screen keyboard to input your login details and press 'OK' to sign in.

POS (Point of Sale) Screen
Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the main POS screen. This is where you will carry out all your product transactions.

See below for a breakdown of the screen

- If you press on the MyVenue Logo at the top left corner, you can:
- Log off
- Access the refund screen
- Access app settings
- This is your Sale Window (basket). It will contain all the products, discounts, deals, and service charges that you have selected. The final totals, including tax, will be displayed at the bottom.
- These are your keys. These enable you to complete different tasks like processing payments, generating receipts, and adjusting price levels. You can customize these keys according to your business requirements in the backoffice. Swipe up to see more keys or use the green arrow on the right to access additional keys.
- Displays the current system time.
- Press here to use the built-in calculator tool.
- Press here to access your Tables & Tabs section.
- Shows all your product categories. You can navigate through them by pressing or swiping to view more if they are hidden.
- Press the Magnifying Glass icon to manually search for a product.
- These are the subcategories of the current category you have selected.
- These are the products that belong to the selected category, press these to add to your basket. You can also press and hold products to reveal additional options.
