Where To I Access The KDS Screen?
Access to the KDS Screen is through a tokenised URL, typically bookmarked on your device for easy access each day.
If you need to access the URL directly, you can do so by accessing the Preparation Area that represents the KDS within Company Settings > Site Setup > Preparation Areas, then selecting the URL against the Screen Link field.
How Do I Configure Ticket Colours?
Within the Preparation Area that represents the KDS, the following options are available:
- Seconds to Orange. Enter the number of seconds after the scheduled date time that the ticket header should change from green to orange.
- Seconds to Red: Enter the number of seconds after the scheduled date time that the ticket head should change from orange to red.
