Introduction
The Menu Timings section is where you can see when menus are available for each destination at each location within your company, and apply overrides to adjust those times where required.
Menu Timings are just one aspect of defining the times that a menu are available. For full information on how Menu Times are established when publishing menus, see: What Times Are Used When A Menu Is Published?
Viewing Menu Timings
To view the times that menus are available, in the main menu head to Menu Management > Menu Timings.
You can filter the Menu Timings based on :
- Menus: Select specific menus to see timings for.
- Group By: Select whether to group menu times in the table by Site, Location or Destination.
Select [Search] and you'll see a table of menu timings per Location, Menu & Destination instance.
Each day of the week is colour-coded to reflect the availability and override status, where:
- White (Default): The menu is available and the time is based on the menu default time.
- Green: The menu is available and a Menu Timing override has been applied to set the times.
- Orange/Red: The menu is not available, as per the menu default time status.
- Orange/Black: The menu is not available and a Menu Timing override determines this.
