Reports & Analysis
Media Totals Report Upgrade
The Media Totals Report has been upgraded with the addition of three new report filters, providing more flexibility when running the report:
- View Type: When running the report for multiple sites/locations, you can now select to view the report as either a consolidated output, split by site, or split by site & location.
- Group By: Select whether to view consolidated totals for each payment, or whether to see payments split by day.
- Analysis Style: Select whether to see a list of transactions containing the payment in level two of the report, or whether to see payment totals per team member.
Visibility Of Order Reference (For Remote Orders)
Within a Transaction page, the Order Reference is now visible. This allows for easy comparison against the reference for the order that the customer sees, and that is displayed on the KMS.
Additionally, the Transaction Analysis Report now displays the reference of each order within the new Order Ref column as below.
Delivery Aggregator Discounts & Tax
For whole order discounts applied by delivery aggregators in the UK (Deliveroo, Just Eat & Uber Eats), there is no indication within the order as to what tax rate should be applied against the discount value. As a result we now assign tax to the discount value based on the average tax rate of all products within the order. Therefore, if the order contains a mix of products which are zero rated and standard rated, the tax rate assigned to the discount is proportional in line with tax against those products.
Menu Management
Menu Management Module Update
The Menu Management module has seen a significant upgrade which introduces many changes which help make the process of building and managing menus even easier.
This update provides additional tools and options available at menu category and menu item level, as well as new features surrounding menu product options such as modifiers, pricing and images. The update also see changes to help better manage menu availability.
Inventory Management
Production Products Can Now Be Included Within Line Checks
When declaring Line Checks, you can now select Preparation and Made type products (the product types required when using the Product Preparations feature) to declare a line check count against.
Simply include the Preparation and Made type products in the relevant line check template.
User Management
Auto-Assignment Of All Sites To Users Assigned To The User Role
Within a user role, a new option to Auto Add Sites has been added.
Select this, and all users assigned to this user role will be granted access to all existing sites, and will also be automatically granted access to any new sites added in the future.

Kitchen Management
New Option To Send Test Orders To KMS
If required, you now have the option to send a test print to the KMS to replicate a remote order coming into the KMS.
Against the relevant Preparation Area, simply select [SENT TEST TICKET] and a test order will be immediately sent to the KMS.
Special Notes For Uber Eats
An update to the Uber Eats order integration has been applied which now handles any special notes assigned against individual items within the order. These special notes are then sent to the KMS alongside the product sold.
This is particularly useful for the group order feature within Uber Eats, where customer names can be assigned against individual meals within the order.
