Each menu has a series of core settings which can be updated against the menu at any time.
Note that: some of these settings may be visible to customers on the menu platform.
To edit core settings against a menu:
- Head to Menu Management > Menu Builder.
- Against the relevant menu, select [EDIT].
Within the top section of the menu, the following core settings are available:
- Menu Name: Enter the name of the menu as it should be known internally. This is only visible within Centegra Plus.
- Validated: Displays whether or not the menu has been Validated since it was last updated, as per the Last Updated time shown.
Within the Attributes tab of the menu, the following core settings are available:
- Default Menu Title: Enter a name for the menu as it should show on a menu platform if applicable. (This may be visible to your customers.)
- Default Menu Subtitle: Enter a subtitle or description for the menu as it should show on a menu platform if applicable. (This may be visible to your customers.)
- Default Days Of The Week: Select the days of the week that the menu is available by default. Any new locations added to the menu will inherit these, but it can be overridden if required.
- Default Start / End Time: Select the times that the menu is active by default. Any new locations added to the menu will inherit these, but it can be overridden if required.
- Menu Image: Upload a menu image (aka "hero image") for the menu. This option is only available if menu destinations that support hero images via menu integration are assigned to the menu within the Locations & Destinations tab.
To save any changes, select [SAVE].
