In some cases, new features may be user rights protected, and therefore your company's Centegra Plus administrator may need to Update User Roles to grant access to these new features.

Reports & Analysis
Combo Sales & Discounts Report Upgrade
The Combo Sales & Discounts Report has upgraded with the addition of two new report filters:
- View Type: When running the report for multiple sites/locations, you can now select to view the report output either consolidated, split by site, or split by site & location.
- Group By: As well as the existing consolidated view, you can now also choose to group combos and discounts based on the group that the combo and discount reporting products belong to. Grouping combos and discounts by group gives you individual discount figures, as well as grouped discount figures based on the type of discount applied as in the image below.
Product Group Sales Report Upgrade
The Product Group Sales Report has been upgraded with additional report filters options:
- View Type: In addition to the existing consolidated and split by site view type options, you can now select the option to split by site & location, for sites that have multiple locations.
- Analysis Style: A new analysis style has been added: By Team Member. Select this to see product group totals per team member as in the image below.
Order Reference Visibility Within Transactions
Within the Transaction View, Order Reference has been added to assist in order identification.
The Order Reference represents the reference provided to the customer by the POS, particularly in situations where the the customer (or driver) must collect the order.
Revenue Management
Automatic Deposit Cut Off Time Option Introduced
It is now possible to define a deposit cut off time against denominations with a cash up template.
This is particularly useful in 24 hour operations, where the Centegra Plus reporting day does not match the deposit within the card acquirer, or other third party remote order platform.
Simply define the cut off time against the template line:
When a cash up is created using the template, the count is split automatically into two lines; one that generates a deposit today for sales before the cut off time, and another that rolls over the deposit to tomorrow for sales after the cut off time.
Menu Management
Deliveroo Product Suspensions Are Now Available
For companies that publish Centegra Plus menus to Deliveroo as part of the Menu Management module, you can now suspend products on Deliveroo too using the Product Suspensions feature.
Product Management
Merchant Product Filter Updates
For companies with sites sourced from various POS merchants, all product selection areas can now be filtered by merchant, to return products for the selected merchant only.
The option to filter to view product created directly within Centegra Plus is also available within the merchant product filter.
Duplicate Product Codes Now Allowed
Duplicate product codes can now be entered against products where required.
The product PLU must remain unique still.
Company Settings
Tax Rate Creation Now Available
Tax rates can now be created directly within Centegra for use within applicable Remote Order Integrations, back office Customer Orders, and purchasing within Inventory Management.
When creating a new tax rate, simply enter the tax rate percentage (up to 3 decimal places). The name will automatically generate as per the value entered.
