The exclamation mark ! appears on my screen.

Clearing ! on screen                                                                        

When you see the exclamation on your KMS screen like the image above it means that the user has tried to view the recipe image for the product but there is no recipe or image that has been assigned to that product. 

To exit this symbol you can press the CLEAR button on the bump bar or if you using a touchscreen solution you can press anywhere on the screen.

Exiting Item Count View                                                                
If you are in the item count page (to view the total count of all items) and want to return to the orders pages (to view all the tickets) you can press the COUNT button on the bump bar (or if using a touchscreen touch the logwood logo on the right and press the orders option).
