MyVenue - How to see if the POS Terminal is Online

To check whether a Terminal is online in MyVenue, log into the back office and navigate to to 'POS Setup'

Then select 'POS' 

You will now see all of the POS associated with your account. From here press the 'Share' icon.

You will now see more details about each POS. On the left hand side will be a column labelled 'Online'.
Any POS that are 'Online' will have a tick, any that are offline will be blank. You can also see when the device was last online
