Network requirements (PiKS)

Please see list of rules and port required for the PiKS solution on a local area network. 

External Outbound                                                                         

Remote access for support and ticket sender

Access to server (to send data back)

Access for prep. pictures (if used)

HTTPS or Port 7001 – depend on prep. detail source.

Internal Inbound                                                                            

Internal Inbound (between units)

FTP Port 22 – backup between units

FTP Port 5000-5002 – data transfer between units

HTTP – access to web server on units (browse and RESTful interface).

FTP Port 7100/9100 – incoming tickets from EPOS (depends on interface).

Local Network rules                                                                       

Network Address Translation (NAT)

NAT needs to be enabled for the PiKS to connect to the relevant end points.

IP addresses
1 x IP address is required per PiKS, DHCP is not enabled on the PiKS system so but be manually assigned.
