NCR Silver/ Aloha Cloud - Company/Store Settings: Find Loyalty Transactions in Silver

NCR Silver has a built in way to find transactions that had loyalty attached.

For example, it will find transactions that had a member ID attached, or transactions that had a redemption of a members balance.

To do search for these transactions, do the following.

• Login to Silver Back Office
• Click on RESULTS
  • Then select POS TRANSACTIONS
  • In the search box, enter "loyalty".

You will then see applicable transactions.
